looking for a certified welder in cape cod, need work done

I have a 2002 tj that i need work done to asap. The frame right under the transfer case/tranny skid plate is rotted very bad to the point of the skid plate broke loose and is now hanging. I am looking into those replacements but need a good welder who knows jeeps! I live in the Cape Cod area but willing to bring it a little distance. I want both sides done as the othet side is not in good condition.
