4.2 carb'd to 4.0 injection on my 88 wrangler?

I just got a wrangler that has been abused. I got it with no motor, trans, tcase, etc. Cut wires all the works. It has been a dream to have a wrangler but where I am at there doesn't seem to be ANY 4.2 carb'd engines. I am picking up a 4.0 injected in 3 days. What are some problems and things that I will have to get? If anyone can send me a write up link or anything that would help me a lot. I have no idea what I am doing and as of right now its a HUGE guessing game :confused:
