weber price

Ive been shopping around the internet to do the weber upgrade on my sons 89 yj 4.2 it still has the carter. I've noticed a big fluctuation in the price of the 32/36 kit it ranges from 379$ to as low as 229$ does anyone here know if there are replicas or knock offs that i could be looking at? (id like to avoid buying a fake) some ebay sellers say the kit is new,authentic and comes with everything but 229$ sounds a little too good to be true, what have you guys payed for his upgrade? as always thanks for the intel
