my jeep will turn over but will not get any spark

hi this is John I had to rebuild my transmission bout 4-5 weeks ago. when I put the trans back in the jeep it will turn over but I can not get any spark to crank it. I had replaced the distributer and the distributer cap and rotter, the ignition, crank sensor, coral, all the fuses, plugs and plug wires do not know what else to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated thanks again
