Small amount of play in passenger headrest...

I noticed today that my passenger headrest has about an inch of play forward and back (the leather portion that your head rests on). If I lightly put my fingers on the bottom, it moves very freely forward about an inch. The drivers side is solid. It's not the active headrest mechanism but the soft leather cushion part that covers it....



Any thoughts?
